| This project is based on the idea that New York should continue growing incrementally ? as it always has ? and on the notion that this is the time for public space to occupy the iconic value of the city skyline. The two towers are characterized by a triangular lattice structure wrapping upwards towards the memorial gardens at the crowns. | ||||
