This temporary furniture showroom was built to last for just one month
but was designed to provide a convenient mobile exhibition after the expiration
of this initial period, and was also required to provide secure storage
for the furniture at night. 2 meters square rental containers were intended
for use as stores for roadwork machinery, and equipped with a shutter as
a show window for the furniture. The primary structure is provided by the
container itself, while the space is enclosed by a light steel frame and
tent-like ceiling. The structural concept is a development of the gFurniture
Househ idea, but only the frame and tent need to be stored and transported,
while the main structural container itself can be hired at any rental company
branch.
